We would like to take a moment to comment on the wonderful experience we recently had selling our home under the management of Tami Simon. After making the commitment to sell we invited Tami into our home to plan our sale. She clearly explained every aspect of our sale, from marketing strategy through contracts and commissions and closing. As we were placing our home on the market at a time when more offerings were appearing it was important to have an aggressive campaign and attractive pricing. And, as we had not had the property for a long period of time it was also important that the sale price be fixed to cover all costs associated with the sale. Tami met all of our needs and an offer was placed and accepted within 1.5 weeks of the initial listing. We find this quite remarkable as when we purchased the property it had been on the market for several months at a price substantially lower than our final sale figure, and in a market that was starved for similar properties. We attribute our rapid sale to Tami’s marketing strategy and confident business demeanor. We would also like to add that there was minimal inconvenience associated with the sale, we were kept well informed of all progress, and Tami even made sure that everything went well even after the sale.
